Please contact the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services.
Requests should be emailed to elicit the quickest response and must include
the name, date, and type of the meeting/event. Please allow a minimum of
two weeks to receive the personalized welcome letter.

Obtaining the Governor as a speaker for your meeting/event:
A letter must be submitted to the Governor's office at
least 30 days in advance and include the following.
- The letter must be written on the organization's letterhead and must
include the specifics of the meeting/event (i.e. location, date, details
of the event), whether a welcome letter is requested, and what the Governor
should speak about if he appears at the meeting/event.
- The letter must provide contact information of the convention planner,
including mailing address.
